Interview with Coach Toki

This is the interview article of SOLTILO’s coaches.
We hope everyone can understand our coach’s thoughts and feel close to them.

【Coach Toki】

Coach Toki joined SOLTILO after his term as a professional futsal player in Thailand.
He began coaching Futsal in Makuhari, Chiba Prefecture, Japan.

【I want to transfer ideas and skills from futsal to football】

“How is SOLTILO different from other football schools?”

I believe that we focus on not only technical skills, but on manners, behavior, and how
to make one’s own decisions.

“What’s important when teaching football?”

It’s important to compliment children when they do well. It’s also important to encourage children to keep challenging themselves even when they make mistakes.

“Tell us when and why you started football!”

I joined a local soccer club in fourth grade when a classmate invited me.

“Why did you decide to be a football coach?”

Futsal and football made me who I am. I wanted to show appreciation towards futsal and football, and that’s why I became a coach.

“What do you want to communicate to children through football?”

I want to tell children the importance of continuing to have a dream.

“Any last words?”
Let’s enjoy football together!
